BTA works with schools on structured observation, responsible pilot implementation, institutional learning and the development of useful early talent insight.

School partnerships can focus on a selected cohort, a carefully governed pilot or a research and development collaboration. Scope, responsibilities, consent, data flows and safeguarding arrangements are agreed before any child takes part.

The approach combines contextual information, structured observation, guided activities and specialist interpretation. It is intended to complement professional judgement, not replace teachers, statutory assessment or special educational needs processes.

Pilot collaboration gives schools an opportunity to test practical implementation, contribute feedback, examine usefulness and help improve the methodology before wider adoption.

BTA is currently in pre-pilot validation. Claims are therefore framed cautiously and partnership evaluation will include limitations, operational learning and evidence quality.
